Da-Li International, LLC, a Taiwan–based real estate development company and Realogics Sotheby’s International Realty (RSIR) will host a reservation event for the much-anticipated KODA Condominiums at the New Developments Preview Center at 2715 1st Avenue in downtown Seattle on February 24th beginning at 11am. The 203-unit, 17-story condominium project will be built at 450 South Main Street at the gateway to Seattle’s historic International District offering efficiently-scaled homes ranging in size from below 400-sq. ft. to more than 1,100-sq. ft. with introductory pricing from below $400,000 to more than $1.3 million. The homes are being offered for individual unit reservations, which identifies a specific condominium referencing its preliminary floor plan, design specifications and price range in advance of official presales, which are anticipated to commence in the summer 2018 commensurate with the opening of the KODA Sales Center and the groundbreaking of the development.

On July 22nd and 23rd representatives of Da-Li DevelopmentRealogics Sotheby’s International Realty and KMD Architects co-hosted a design preview for KODA Condominiums – a proposed, 200+ unit high-rise community coming soon to the corner of 5th Avenue and South Main Street in Seattle’s historic International District. The well-attended event was the first public showcase of the design direction for the inspired community and included several architectural alternatives being explored with the building’s massing and retail expression. Realogics Sotheby's International Realty and KMD Architects to Host Design Preview Showcase for New KODA Condominiums on July 22 and 23

Realogics Sotheby’s International Realty (RSIR) and KMD Architects jointly announce a neighborhood open house and design preview event will be held for KODA Condominiumsfrom 12pm to 5pm on Saturday, July 22nd and Sunday, July 23rd at Hirabayashi Place, a community center located at 442 S. Main Street in downtown Seattle. Located at the corner of South Main Street and 5th Avenue, the proposed mid-rise by Da-Li Development is currently designed as 18 stories and 200+ condominiums with a targeted ground breaking in early 2018 and occupancy by 2020, pending entitlements by The City of Seattle. The City of Seattle planning department observes an International District Special Review process as part of the Master Use Permit application process, which approves the building’s overall architecture, exterior finishing and landscaping plan. Da-Li and KMD have been working proactively with local community groups and local stakeholders on the design development of the future project. This weekend’s open house will provide visitors with an update on that design progress and prospective homebuyers and brokers can also register for priority sales information.
