The Changing Landscape of Seattle’s International District

Northwest Asian Weekly recently dove into the changes that will soon some to Seattle’s Chinatown/International District, in a feature covering nearly a dozen projects that will bring “new commercial space, and market rate and affordable housing” to the area over the next several years.

Among the featured projects is KODA Condominiums, the first new homeownership opportunity in the area in a decade, which is described as “an urban renaissance introducing hundreds of new stakeholders to the community, contributing to the local economy, paying taxes, enjoying life without the burden of an automobile.”
