Da-Li Development, the developer for KODA is expected to open their Sales Gallery by winter 2018-19 for previews, giving an official first look at the highly-anticipated 17-story residential tower coming soon to Japantown-International District.
The KODA Sales Gallery will showcase the 203 studio, urban one-, one- and two-bedroom residences, including a vignette of a kitchen and bathroom, 3-D architectural model of the building, visual displays with detailed information about the neighborhood, a multi-media theater with interactive tours of floor plans and building amenities, and a design center with examples of interior finishes and options for home personalization. The condominiums will be offered from below $400,000 to more than $1.4 million with a public sales launch to be announced in the coming weeks, subject to the reservations holders maintaining their first right of opportunity.
