Da-Li Development is pleased to announce that KODA, the next generation of urban living, has received a Preliminary Design Review (PDR) for its new development located in the historic Japantown-International District on October 9, 2018 by the board of the International Special Review District (ISRD).

The PDR is a comprehensive review that demonstrates that the design meets all requirements within acceptable constraints, establishing approval for proceeding with detailed design. Concluding PDR is the first critical milestone toward confirming the 203-condominium residence building will satisfy performance specifications and requirements. Completion of this step allows Da-Li Development to begin detailed design work of each condominium residence at KODA.

“The International District is one of Seattle’s most coveted neighborhoods given the historic significance, rich culture and conveniences afforded to residents – not the least of which being proximate to King Street Station – the terminus of the $50 billion+ Sound Transit expansion,” says Dean Jones, President and CEO of Realogics Sotheby’s International Realty – the listing brokerage firm representing the eagerly-anticipated condominiums. He adds, “KODA offers attainably-priced homeownership opportunities where owning a car is an option rather than a requirement.”
