Puget Sound Business Journal Presents Crane Watch with KODA Condominiums

In the latest edition of "Crane Watch," Puget Sound Business Journal highlights KODA Condomniums, a proposed project "in the Japantown area of Seattle's Chinatown/International District." As the article outlines, the current design will offer over 200 condos at the northwest corner of South Main Street and 5th Avenue, "which is currently a surface parking lot."

As Dean Jones, President & CEO of Realogics Sotheby's International Realty tells PSBJ, "I believe KODA Condominiums will be the next available and attainable offering, benefiting from an accelerated design review process and a quicker construction schedule versus the taller towers found elsewhere in Seattle."

The KODA team also plans "to make a contribution toward the development of affordable housing through the city's Housing Affordability and Livability Agenda program, which lets developers build bigger projects in exchange for building or helping fund construction of affordable housing."
