CONSTRUCTION
DA LI Development USA, LLC is the American subsidiary of DA LI Development Co. Ltd., a publicly traded Taiwanese company, focused on large scale residential high-rise development. Originally founded in 1977, DA LI has evolved into a major force in community development. DA LI’s first USA office in Seattle marks the result of an exhaustive search for a city that offers the potential for longterm growth and which supports our core vision of providing high-quality homes and living experiences. We expect to build a long and fruitful relationship with the US housing communities that we serve.
